Commitment Pathway
Structured Placement and Payment Options
We offer structured commitment options for approved Buyers within our private breeder placement program. This is not a retail financing model. All participation is based on placement approval, readiness, and the long term best interest of each puppy.
Enrollment
Participation is available only after Buyer approval within Seller’s program
A Commitment Payment of $500 is required to enter the Commitment Pathway
This payment is applied toward the final purchase price
Enrollment does not reserve a specific puppy unless a Reservation Fee has been received
Payment Structure
Payment schedules are arranged on a weekly, bi weekly, or monthly basis as agreed between Buyer and Seller
All payments are applied toward the final purchase price
The puppy remains in Seller’s care until paid in full
Full payment is typically due by 12 weeks of age unless otherwise agreed in writing
Commitment Terms
All payments are non refundable
Payments may be transferred one time only to a future placement within Seller’s program, subject to prior Seller approval
Transferred payments must be used within 12 months of the original payment date
Payments are not transferable to another individual
Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of all payments and release of the puppy to other placement opportunities
Default and Non Completion
If Buyer fails to complete the agreed payment plan, stops communication, or becomes unresponsive, Seller reserves the right to cancel participation in the Commitment Pathway
All payments are retained by Seller as compensation for time, care, holding costs, and lost placement opportunities
The puppy may be made available to another approved Buyer without further notice
Important Conditions
Participation in the Commitment Pathway does not guarantee placement priority, selection order, or availability unless accompanied by a Reservation Fee
All placement decisions remain solely at Seller’s discretion based on the best long term outcome for each puppy
Pricing is confirmed prior to enrollment and is not modified thereafter
Discounts may not be applied after enrollment and may not be combined or adjusted during the payment period
Submission of any payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all pricing, placement, and Commitment Pathway terms
