Full payment is due prior to placement and transfer of the puppy.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is completed by 12 weeks of age.
For puppies placed at an older age, payment is due in full prior to pickup or transfer.
The puppy remains in Seller’s care until payment is completed in full.
Payment Expectations
Payment schedules are established at the time of commitment and are followed as agreed.
Failure to meet payment timelines, maintain communication, or complete arrangements may result in cancellation of placement and forfeiture of all payments made.
Seller retains the right to release the puppy to another approved Buyer if payment obligations are not met.
Extended Care and Holding Fee
If a puppy remains in Seller’s care beyond the agreed go home date due to Buyer delay, a holding fee of $150 per week applies.
This fee covers continued care, housing, and lost placement opportunity.
Holding fees are due weekly and are non refundable.
Failure to pay holding fees may result in cancellation of placement and forfeiture of all payments made.

Payment does not guarantee placement or override Seller’s discretion.
All payments are non refundable and are applied in accordance with placement and program terms.
Delays in payment or pickup do not extend placement timelines unless agreed in writing.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and debit card payments through Stripe
Approved third party payment services such as Klarna or Afterpay
Cash payments for in person transactions
Zelle or other approved electronic transfer methods
All payments must be completed using an approved method agreed upon prior to placement.

Payment Processing Terms
All third party payment services are subject to their independent approval and terms.
Seller does not control or guarantee approval through any financing or payment platform.
Buyer remains responsible for completing all payments in accordance with agreed timelines regardless of payment method used.

Buyer is responsible for ensuring all payments are successfully completed.
Returned payments, failed transactions, or reversed payments may result in cancellation of placement and forfeiture of any prior payments made.
Alternative Payment Options
Seller may accept alternative forms of payment including cryptocurrency and equal value or partial trades at Seller’s discretion.

Cryptocurrency Payments
Cryptocurrency payments may be accepted using approved platforms and wallets designated by Seller.
All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non refundable.
Buyer is responsible for all transaction fees, conversion fees, and value fluctuations at the time of payment.
Payment is considered complete only once the full agreed value is received by Seller.
Equal Value and Partial Trade Policy
Equal value and partial trades are considered on a case by case basis at Seller’s sole discretion.
All trade items must be approved in advance and assigned a mutually agreed value prior to placement.
Trades may be applied as full or partial payment. Any remaining balance must be paid using an approved payment method prior to placement.
Trades do not reduce, override, or renegotiate the established value of any puppy.
Seller reserves the right to accept, decline, or partially accept any trade offer.
All accepted trades are final and non refundable.
Trade Conditions
Buyer is responsible for the accuracy, condition, and representation of any traded item.
If a traded item is misrepresented, incomplete, or fails to meet agreed conditions, Seller reserves the right to void the agreement, retain all prior payments, and release the puppy for placement.
