Trade Policy
Seller considers equal value and partial trades on a case by case basis at Seller’s sole discretion.
Submission of a trade inquiry does not guarantee acceptance.
All trade arrangements must be approved in advance prior to any placement, reservation, or payment application.
Trade Valuation
All trade items are assigned a value based on fair market conditions as determined by Seller.
Buyer acknowledges that Seller’s valuation may differ from perceived, sentimental, or retail value.
Trades do not reduce, override, or renegotiate the established price of any puppy.
If a trade is accepted as partial payment, any remaining balance must be paid in full using approved payment methods prior to placement.
Accepted Trade Categories
Seller may consider trades including but not limited to:
ATV, Gator, or Side by Side
Reliable and licensable vehicles including trucks, vans, buses, or utility vehicles
Classic vehicle body work or restoration services
Commercial generators
Solar equipment and systems
Freeze dryers
Art equipment and tools including kilns, lost wax casting systems, metalsmithing tools, flex shafts, soldering equipment, stone cutting and polishing equipment, tumblers, and art printers
Local services including plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, HVAC consulting, construction, insulation, window installation, gutter work, and general property improvement
Agricultural and land support including orchard assistance, irrigation systems, outbuildings, sheds, silo structures, and land development
Livestock and Animal Trades
Seller may consider select livestock and animal trades that align with program and property goals.
Miniature Scottish Highland cattle must be female, papered, and of verifiable lineage.
Nubian goats must be female, registered, and papered.
Seller may consider select birds including:
Parrots
Lovebirds
Parrotlets
Lorikeets and Lori's
Green cheek conures
Sunday conures
Meyer’s parrots
Solomon Island Eclectus parrots
Seller may also consider:
Swans
Peacocks
All animals must be healthy, appropriately housed, legally owned, and transferred in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Seller reserves the right to request documentation, lineage records, health records, and proof of ownership prior to acceptance.

Animal Trade Conditions
All animal trades must meet Seller’s standards for health, temperament, and care.
Seller reserves the right to decline any animal based on condition, compatibility, or program alignment.
Transportation, transition, and integration considerations remain the responsibility of Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
